MassImpact is back! This day of service event welcomes UMass students, staff, and faculty to select a site to volunteer and provide a few hours of their labor to give back to the community.

On the morning of Saturday, September 19th, volunteers will arrive at Haigis Mall to get amped up by Chancellor Reyes and other key partners, and will load up on buses to be transported to one of 17 non-profit sites in the local area. From planting trees to inventorying supplies to painting walls, volunteers have a variety of projects to choose from.

One UMass Amherst staff volunteer from each site will be asked to keep track of their fellow volunteers getting on and off the bus, and will be supported by the MassImpact committee and a dedicated facilitator from each non-profit.
