Get your annual Flu and Covid-19 vaccines at our convenient Drop-In Clinics! No appointment necessary. Bring your UCard and your insurance card (or a photo of the front and back of your card) or submit your insurance information ahead of time on the UMass Patient Portal. Students have no out-of-pocket costs when using Drop-In Clinics!

To submit your insurance information:

1. Log into the UMass Patient Portal

2. Under University Health Services, click "Get Started"

3. In the sidebar menu, click "Insurance" (on mobile, click 3 lines to expand menu)

4. Click "Add New" to enter your insurance information and upload photos of your card

Insurance Coverage for UMass Employees:

To avoid being billed for vaccines you receive at a UHS Drop-In Clinic, you must either have a UHS primary care provider or a PPO insurance plan that UHS accepts. Learn about accepted insurance plans and becoming a UHS patient here. UHS does not accept Medicare. You can receive vaccines covered by insurance at local pharmacies.
